Booking Terms
How enrolment, rescheduling, missed sessions and class conduct work at Ironbirch.

These Booking Terms set out how enrolment, rescheduling, missed sessions and conduct work for all three Ironbirch courses.

Booking a course
A spot is confirmed once the listed price for a course is paid. For the Complete Pathway, a short placement chat happens first; the booking is held for up to 7 days pending that conversation.
Rescheduling
If you need to move to a different cohort or start date, email [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session. We'll place you in the next available group running the same course.
Missed sessions
Occasional missed sessions are expected. We do not run make-up classes on a fixed schedule, but a learner who misses a session may join the same lesson in a later cohort where space allows, at no extra charge.
Class conduct
All learners are expected to follow instructor guidance on safety and pacing, treat training partners with respect, and let the coach know about any injury or limitation before a drill involving contact. Repeated disregard for safety guidance may lead to removal from a course without a refund for remaining sessions.
Waivers
Before your first session, you'll sign a short waiver acknowledging that physical training carries a normal risk of minor strain or impact, and that you've disclosed any condition that might affect your participation. The waiver does not ask you to give up your right to a safe training environment.
Instructor substitution
Because every course follows a written lesson sequence, a qualified substitute instructor may occasionally lead a session in place of the usual coach, without changing the course content or schedule.
