This page sets out, in full, how refunds and cancellations work for Ironbirch courses, under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Cancelling before a course starts
Cancel at least 7 days before your course's start date for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made 2–6 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date are not refundable, though we'll offer a transfer to the next available cohort where one exists.
Cancelling after a course has started
Once a course has begun, remaining unattended sessions are refunded on a pro-rated basis only where the learner withdraws for a documented health reason; otherwise fees already paid for sessions not yet attended are credited toward a future course rather than refunded.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email [email protected] or call +1 647-991-5255 during Monday – Saturday, 14:00–20:30, with your name and the course you enrolled in. We confirm receipt within one business day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Rescheduling instead of cancelling
If your plans change, ask about moving to a later cohort instead of cancelling — see our Booking Terms page.
Cancellations by Ironbirch
If we cancel a session or an entire cohort — for example due to low enrolment or an instructor being unavailable on short notice — affected learners receive a full refund or, where preferred, a place in the next available cohort at no extra cost.
Your rights under Ontario law
Nothing in this policy reduces any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
