Who the courses are for

Street Awareness Foundations suits anyone 16 and older who has never trained before and wants to start with the quieter skills — reading a room, choosing a route, holding a verbal boundary. Core Escapes & Striking Basics is the right next step once those habits feel familiar, or a fine starting point for someone who already walks with reasonable awareness but has never practised a physical release. The Complete Pathway is built for people who want a long, structured routine rather than a short course, and it opens with the same placement chat regardless of prior experience.

None of the three courses require a sparring background, a particular fitness level, or prior martial-arts exposure.

Equipment on site

  • Padded gloves (loaned for Core Escapes)
  • Floor mats for ground get-up practice
  • Route-planning cards and drill sheets

What to bring

  • Comfortable athletic clothing
  • Indoor shoes or clean sneakers
  • A water bottle

About the prices

Each price covers the full run of sessions for that course along with the materials listed on its card. A placement chat before enrolling in the Complete Pathway may suggest starting with a shorter course first; that conversation does not change the quoted price unless you choose a different course.
