About the courses
+What exactly is included in each course?
Each course page lists the sessions, duration and materials included — route-planning cards for Foundations, loaner gloves for Core Escapes, and a full apparel set plus journal for the Complete Pathway.
+Where do classes take place?
All classes run at our Mississauga studio, 6800 Kitimat Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 5M1. We do not offer classes at other locations.
+Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor shoes are enough to start. Gloves and mats are provided where a course needs them.
+How long does each course run?
Street Awareness Foundations runs four weeks, Core Escapes & Striking Basics runs five weeks, and the Complete Pathway runs twenty-four weeks.

+How do I start?
Send a message through the contact form or by phone, and we'll suggest the right course based on your experience.
+What happens after I send a message?
We reply within one business day to confirm the course, schedule a short placement chat if needed, and share the next available start date.
+Is there a placement chat for every course?
It's required before the Complete Pathway and optional but available before the two shorter courses.
+Can I switch courses after enrolling?
Yes, within the first two sessions. See the Booking Terms page for the full process.
Pricing & payment
+What does the price include?
Every scheduled session of that course plus the listed materials. See the Pricing Note on the Courses page for details.
+How do refunds work?

We're open Monday – Saturday, 14:00–20:30 (Eastern Time (ET) — Mississauga).

+Is parking available at the studio?
Street parking is available near the studio, and the location sits close to transit routes along the Kitimat Road corridor for anyone travelling without a car.
+Can parents watch a session?
Parents of learners under 18 are welcome to observe from the seating area at the back of the room; we ask that observers keep conversation to a minimum so the group can hear instructions clearly.
+What happens if a class is cancelled by the studio?
On the rare occasion we need to cancel a class — weather, an instructor being unavailable on short notice, or a building issue — registered learners are notified as early as possible and the session is added to a later week at no extra cost.
